Non-Pressurized Gravimetric Feeders

The STOCK® Nonpressurized Gravimetric Feeder (NPG) provides uniform and precise material delivery. The feeder body can be open or enclosed with dust covers. Feed rate has an accuracy of ± 1/2% as proven in full scale material tests.

 

 

 

Features

• Two spring-loaded take-up screws adjust belt tension and tracking.
• A counterweighted scraper
• Mild steel skirting is on three sides of the feeder inlet to contain material on belt.
• A 3/8" thick mild steel, replaceable leveling bar is furnished at the feeder inlet to establish the height of material on belt.
• The take-up pulley is crowned, V-grooved, and self cleaning.
• Two (2) load cells are provided, supporting each end of the weigh roller.
• The belt drive gear reducer is of industrial design in accordance with AGMA standards.
• A wall-mounted NEMA 12 control cabinet is provided and houses the microprocessor control board, the keyboard/display, and one (1) isolation transformer.
